Arrk Media is partnering with a leading global news organisation to recruit a Senior Video Systems & MAM Specialist.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in the evolution of a global video technology ecosystem. You’ll act as the subject matter expert for Media Asset Management (MAM) platforms, editing workflows and video systems, helping shape a long-term technology roadmap covering cloud, live production, content workflows and emerging media technologies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and supporting a team responsible for MAM and video editing workflows
- Acting as the technical authority for Media Asset Management platforms and associated applications
- Defining and delivering video technology projects and future technology strategy
- Working closely with editorial, operational and technical stakeholders
- Evaluating emerging technologies across cloud video, live production, OTT and remote workflows
- Supporting reliable, scalable and secure media workflows across a global operation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with Media Asset Management (MAM) platforms
- Knowledge of media production, broadcast or video technology environments
- Experience with editing tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere or similar
- Understanding of cloud-based media workflows and video technologies
- Familiarity with APIs, scripting or workflow automation (Python, JSON or similar)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
