Project Manager - Production Systems Integration Project

Arrk Media has been engaged by a leading global live sports organisation to provide an experienced Project Manager for a critical communications infrastructure transformation.

This is a rare opportunity to lead the replacement of a mission-critical communications platform that underpins live global operations. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end transition from an incumbent supplier to a new technology partner, ensuring a seamless delivery with no disruption to live events.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the delivery of a complex communications systems transition
  • Own the programme roadmap, milestones and critical path
  • Manage multiple technology suppliers and third-party partners
  • Coordinate technical, operational and business stakeholders
  • Drive risk management, contingency planning and issue resolution
  • Keep delivery focused on operational readiness and successful deployment

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience delivering complex technical infrastructure or communications projects (ideally RF, Audio and/or Broadcast Production Systems)
  • Strong background managing high-pressure, business-critical programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management across executive, operational and technical teams
  • Experience working with multiple suppliers and system integrations
  • Calm, pragmatic decision-maker with exceptional organisational skills

Experience within live broadcast, media, telecommunications, major events environments is critical.

This is an immediate requirement for an initial 9-month contract, based in London with hybrid working and occasional international travel.
