Global Head of Operations – Broadcast & Media Networks - 2 Year Contract

Arrk Media is supporting a global broadcast and media services organisation in appointing a senior Operations leader for a major network transformation programme.

The successful individual will define and implement the global Operations Strategy and Target Operating Model for a consolidated media network supporting mission-critical live broadcast, contribution, distribution and streaming services.

The remit includes:

Designing a London–Sydney follow-the-sun operating model
Defining monitoring, alarming, switching and routing methodologies
Establishing L1–L3 support and Engineering escalation models
Developing SLAs, KPIs, operational governance and service processes
Producing workforce, skills and capability plans
Aligning Operations with Engineering, Product, Commercial and C-Suite stakeholders
Leading the implementation of the new operating model globally

We are looking for an established Head or Director of Broadcast, Network or Media Operations with experience leading complex 24/7 environments supporting major live services.

Experience within a broadcaster, sports organisation, telecommunications carrier, media service provider or global network operation would be particularly relevant.
